UPDATE ON HOTELS: The Headquarters Hotel and primary Overflow Hotel are currently sold out. A limited number of rooms are available at the Radisson Hotel. Please contact the Radisson at 317-635-2000 and reference the "Track & Field Championships" to get a special rate. Rooms must be guaranteed at the time of reservation and other restrictions apply. Rooms are first-come, first-serve.

In addition, the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association has arranged for special rates at a variety of hotels. Visit the ICVA website for more information. Please note the Track Stadium is located on the west side of downtown Indianapolis (map) with easy access to two major interstate highways (I-70 and I-65), so consider the location of your hotel accordingly--many people will find downtown and the airport area to be especially convenient to the Track Stadium.

Special Rate Rules:

• Rooms are limited, and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The USATF housing block may be filled before the reservation deadline.
• The reservation deadline is Monday, June 5, 2006. After that date, if rooms are available, the rate may be higher.
• There is a 3-night minimum stay for this special rate.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations held without a guarantee will be cancelled on May 17, 2006. All guaranteed reservations will be charged a one-night cancellation fee ($119 + tax) for all cancellations after May 17, 2006 and for all no-shows.
• If your plans change and you will arrive on a different day, you must contact the hotel directly to change your reservation. Otherwise, your entire reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the one-night cancellation fee.

The Hyatt Regency will host an Athlete Lounge, USATF High Performance Center with competition video review and other coaching and sports science activities, and National Team Processing for open athletes. The Hyatt Regency is attached, by walkway, to the Circle Centre Mall and other downtown attractions.

Shuttle Service To/From Carroll Stadium Shuttle Service To/From Carroll Stadium Shuttle service will be provided between the following hotels and Carroll Stadium. The shuttle will drop off and load at the entrance to the Carroll Stadium (Northeast Gate of Carroll Stadium).

Buses operating from the Hyatt will stage just outside the circle drive on Capitol Avenue in the taxi lane.

Westin

Buses operating from the Westin will stage at the front entrance to the hotel.
