Warm-up Procedures

Running Events

Warm -ups for junior running events will take place within Carroll Stadium on the grass field located near the scoreboard.

Field Events

Throwing events will use the upper secondary field event facilities for warm-up except during hammer competition.

All other field event athletes will use the grass field located near the scoreboard.
