Special Rate Rules:

  • Rooms are limited, and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The USATF housing block may be filled before the reservation deadline.
  • The reservation deadline is Friday, November 10, 2006. After that date, if rooms are available, the rate may be higher.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations held without a guarantee will be cancelled on October 30, 2006.
  • All guaranteed reservations will be charged a one-night cancellation fee ($105 + tax) for all cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival (that is, an arrival scheduled for November 29, 2006 must be cancelled on or before October 30, 2006 to avoid the cancellation fee). All no-shows will be charged a one-night cancellation fee.
  • If your plans change and you will arrive on a different day, contact the Westin directly to change your reservation. Otherwise, your entire reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the one-night cancellation fee.
