Winners will have a choice to be a guest of Visa at one of these premier events (See Official Rules for complete details):

Super Bowl XL scheduled to take place on February 5, 2006 in Detroit, Michigan, including two (2) tickets to the NFL Tailgate Party, two (2) tickets to the NFL Experience, two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl and $4,126 cash for the winner that may be used towards the payment of taxes.

The 2006 NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii scheduled to take place on February 12, 2006, including hotel accommodations (standard double room occupancy, one room) for five (5) days/four (4) nights, two (2) tickets to the NFL Experience, two (2) tickets to NFL Tailgate Party, two (2) tickets to the Pro Bowl game and $2,414 cash for he winner that may be used towards the payment of taxes.

The 2006 DAYTONA 500® in Daytona Beach, Florida including two (2) tickets to the race and $2,414 cash for the winner that may be used towards the payment of taxes.

The 2006 Kentucky Derby® in Louisville, Kentucky including two (2) pre-Derby race tickets to the Kentucky Oaks®, and $4,389 cash for the winner that may be used towards the payment of taxes.

The 2006 American Theater Wing's Tony Awards in New York, New York including two (2) tickets to the 2006 Tony Awards, two (2) tickets to the Tony Awards gala, two (2) tickets to attend a Broadway show (show selection is at sole discretion of the Sponsors) and $2,546 cash for the winner that can be used towards the payment of taxes.

A 2006 golf Vacation at Pebble Beach Resorts® including a round of golf for two (2) (course selected is at the sole discretion of the Sponsors), two (2) treatments at the Spa at Pebble Beach™, a $500 Visa Gift card and $2,282 cash for the winner that can be used towards the payment of taxes.
