Entry Information

You must be a 2005 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2005 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also meet the eligibility requirements and qualifying standards.

Entry Information

Entry Deadlines and Fees

The entry fees for the Championships are per event. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Entries submitted without the correct fee will be charged an additional $5 surcharge.

Online entries must be paid by credit card (USATF prefers Visa).

No late entries will be processed. Phones calls and/or e-mails requesting entry consideration after the entry deadline will not receive a response.

Other Required Documents

• Verification of Age (a copy of your birth certificate or passport)
  • athletes entering by mail must attach a copy of their proof-of-age document to the entry form.
  • athletes entering online must bring a copy of their proof-of-age document and signed athletes' waiver to packet pick-up to receive their competitor packet.

USATF also recommends athletes bring a copy of their proof-of-age document to packet pick-up as a back-up measure--a proof-of-age document is required prior to receiving competitor packets.
