Entry Information

You must be a 2005 or 2006 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2005/2006 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $30 per athlete. Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete. There is no additional fee for teams.

Online entry fees must be paid by credit card (USATF only accepts Visa) or electronic funds transfer ("electronic checks").  On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Team and Individual Entries

All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry form. If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry form, the team must complete the Online Team Declaration form (see below) in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team.

Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry form.

Entry Process

  • The preferred method of entry is online.
  • A 2005 or 2006 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).
  • To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2005/2006 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it).
  • For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords.

Declarations

Open Men, Open Women, Masters Men 40+, and Masters Men 50+ Teams

Note that only eight athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first eight athletes listed on your team's entry will comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted online no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, November 15, 2005. Revisions to final declarations may be submitted in-person at packet pick-up no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, November 18, 2005.

All Masters Women, Masters Men 60+, and Masters Men 70+ Teams
