Turn Right (East) from Rochester Airport onto Brooks Avenue. Follow 1 mile to I-390 North. Left onto I-390 North 2 miles to Exit 20A (I-490 East/Rochester). Follow I-490 East 4 miles to Exit 13 (Plymouth Avenue/Downtown). Exit 13 is from the left lane of I-490. Take right fork on the Exit 13 ramp. Turn Right At first light onto Plymouth Ave. South.
