Entry Information

You must be a 2005 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2005 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

Only athletes registered with a USATF club are eligible to compete. Athletes' club affiliations must be part of their USATF membership profile.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $20 per athlete (regardless of the number of events entered).  Late entries incur an additional $30 late fee per athlete.  All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Clubs that have 20 or more athletes who compete at the event will receive a $5-per-athlete rebate. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.

Entry Forms

• Online Team Entry (all entries must be processed via the Team Entry form)
• Update marks before the close of entries

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA; MasterCard and Discover also accepted).

Entry Process

• The only method of entry is online via the Team Entry form.
• A 2005 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).

Declaration Information

Once properly entered, all athletes must complete the declaration process and declare whether he/she will or will not compete in each event he/she has entered.

Notes

• Declarations will be conducted online via the Team Declaration form.
• In order to make a declaration, the club coach or manager will need a Club Management ID and password.
• Athletes not declaring by 5:00 p.m. ET, Wednesday, July 13, 2005 will be scratched from the competition.
