Randall's Island Park is located under the Triborough Bridge in the East River, between Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens. Bridge toll is $4.50 upon entering; there is no charge to leave the Island.

Air Travel to New York

Athletes traveling by air to the USATF National Club Track & Field Championships will find it convenient to fly into LaGuardia Airport (LGA). The New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott is located .3 miles from the airport just across the Grand Central Parkway. The hotel offers shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel. When you arrive at the airport call 1-718-565-8900 for pickup. Icahn Stadium is located approximately 5 miles from LaGuardia Airport and the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott.

Other airport options are JF Kennedy Airport (JFK) - approx. 17 miles to Icahn Stadium; and Newark International Airport (EWR) - approx. 27 miles to Icahn Stadium.

Event Shuttle Buses to Icahn Stadium

Shuttle bus service will operate from the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott to and from Icahn Stadium on Friday and Saturday.

The cost of the shuttle service is $10 for the weekend. Shuttles will be for the exclusive use of athletes, coaches, officials and media. Athletes may pre-purchase shuttle passes during the entry process. Shuttle passes will be available for purchase at the hotel when you board the shuttle.

By Car

From New York LaGuardia Airport: Marriott Start out going Southeast on Ditmars Blvd toward 23RD RD, Turn right onto 23rd Road, Turn left onto 102nd Street, 102nd Street becomes 24th Avenue, Turn right onto 101st Street, Enter next roundabout and take 2nd exit onto Ditmars Blvd, Turn right onto 94th Sreet, Merge onto Grand Central Parkway W via the ramp on the left toward Triboro Bridge / Manhattan, Grand Central Parkway W becomes I-278 E, Stay on the right side of the highway for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island. The exit is IMMEDIATELY after the toll plaza.

From Manhattan: Get on the Triborough Bridge at East 125th Street. Stay on the left side of the highway as you go through the tolls. Once through the tolls exit IMMEDIATELY to the left to Randall's and Wards Island.

From Queens: Get on the Triborough Bridge from the Grand Central Parkway. Stay on the right side of the highway for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island. The exit is IMMEDIATELY after the toll plaza.

From the Bronx: Take the Major Deegan or Bruckner Expressway to the Triborough Bridge. Stay on the right side of the highway for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island. The exit is IMMEDIATELY after the toll plaza.

From Long Island and Brooklyn: Take the FDR Drive North to the Triborough Bridge exit. Stay right up to and after the toll, following the signs to Randall's and Wards Island.

From New Jersey: From I-80 or the New Jersey Turnpike, get onto the George Washington Bridge. Follow signs for "Through Traffic" (on the upper level, stay to the left; on the lower level, stay to the right) to get onto the Cross Bronx Expressway, then take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit. Keep left onto Harlem River Drive and connect with FDR Drive South to the Triborough Bridge/Randall's Island. Once on the bridge, stay left for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island. The exit is immediately after the toll plaza.

By Subway/Bus

Take the 4, 5, or 6 Lexington Ave. trains to 125th St., then transfer on the NW corner of 125th St. and Lexington Ave. for the M35 bus to Randall's and Wards Island. For MTA bus travel info, call (718) 330-1234. The M35 bus schedule departs Lexington/125th stop every 15 minutes on the quarter hour. One way travel time is 10 minutes in both directions.

By Metro-North Railroad/Subway

Metro North Railroad trains stop at 125th street & Park Ave. Spectators can walk one block east and catch the M35 bus to Randall's Island. See the Metro North Railroad website for schedules.

The M35 bus schedule departs Lexington/125th stop every 15 minutes on the quarter hour. One-way travel time is 10 minutes in both directions.
