Entry Information You must be a 2005 USATF member to enter the Championships. If you do not have a 2005 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also meet the eligibility requirements. Important Documents Entry Status To check the status of your entry visit the Status of Entries page (statuses are updated hourly). ALL received entries (both online and paper) are posted on the Status of Entries page. Entry Information Entry Fees and Deadlines
There is no additional team entry fee. Team entries must be submitted by October 8th. Online entry fees are payable by credit card only. On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. A long sleeve race t-shirt ($15 for the first; $20 each additional) may be purchased during the entry process. Team and Individual Entries All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry form. If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry form, the team must complete the Online Team Declaration form (see below) in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team. Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry form. Entry Forms
