Entry Information You must be a 2004 USATF member to enter the Championships. If you do not have a 2004 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also meet the eligibility requirements. Important Documents Entry Fees and Deadlines
The entry fee for the Championships is $30 for the first event and $15 per event for additional events, per athlete. Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete. Online entry fees are payable by credit card only. On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Team Entries All team entries must be completed using the Team Entry module. Athletes must be entered through the Team Entry module in order to score for a team. If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry. Individual Entries Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry module. If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry. Entry Forms
Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA; MasterCard and Discover also accepted). Entry Process
Declarations Note that only six athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event (eight athletes for masters teams). The first six athletes (eight for masters teams) listed on your team's entry shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted no later than 6:00 p.m., February 6, 2004. If a declaration needs to be changed for Sunday's races, it must be submitted in writing to the referee no later than 5:00 p.m., February 7, 2004.
