Entry Information

The information below is for the USATF Club Championship races.  Separate entry information is available for the Community Fun Run (PDF), and the Nike Team Nationals are invitational races.

You must be a 2004 or 2005 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2004 or 2005 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Information

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $30 per athlete.  There is no additional fee for teams.  Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete.

Online entry fees are payable by credit card only.  On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Team Entries

All team entries must be completed using the Team Entry module. Athletes must be entered through the Team Entry module in order to score for a team.

If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry.

Individual Entries

Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry module.

If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA; MasterCard and Discover also accepted).

Entry Process

• The preferred method of entry is online.
• A 2004 or 2005 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).
• To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2004 or 2005 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it).
• For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords.

Declarations

Note that only eight athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first eight athletes listed on your team's entry shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, November 30, 2004. Revisions to final declarations may be submitted in-person at packet pick-up no later than 6:00 p.m. PT (9:00 p.m. ET), December 3, 2004.
