Entry Information All clubs entering the Championships must be registered 2004 USATF member clubs. To register your club, download a club application and submit it to your local Association by September 15. All five individual members of the team must also be 2004 USATF members to enter the Championships. Individual memberships can be purchased online (membership numbers will be provided instantly).
