Directions to Frank M. Lindsay Track

From the east on I-72 (Champaign area)

Take Interstate 72 west to Route 51 South. Stay on 51 South all the way into Decatur until you reach Main Street. Turn right on Main and follow it until you reach the Millikin University campus. Turn right onto Oakland Avenue. The track is one block north.

From the west on I-72 (Springfield area)

Take Interstate 72 east until you reach the first Decatur exit which is Route 36. Follow Route 36 until it becomes Eldorado Street. You will see the track on your right, and turn right onto Oakland Avenue.

From the southeast on Route 121 (Mattoon, Sullivan, Effingham area)

Take Route 121 to Route 36. Route 36 turns into Eldorado Street. Turn left onto Oakland Avenue and the track will be on your right.

From the north on Route 51 (Bloomington-Normal area)

Follow 51 to Decatur and into town. Turn right onto Eldorado Street, then turn left onto Oakland Avenue. The track will be on your right.

From the south on Route 51 (Southern Illinois area)

Take Route 51 north to Decatur. Stay on 51 bypass until the Decatur/Taylorville exit, Illinois Route 48. Take this exit and follow 48 until it becomes Fairview Ave. Turn right onto West Main Street, go under the railroad underpass, and turn left onto Oakland Avenue. The track will be on your left.

From the southwest on I-55 (St. Louis area)

Take I-55 to Springfield. From there, take I-72 East to the U.S. 36 exit. Follow Route 36 until it becomes Eldorado Street. You will see the track on your right, and turn right onto Oakland Avenue.

From the east on I-74 (Indianapolis area)

Take I-74 to Champaign Urbana. Take Exit to I-55/I-72. Follow I-72 to Decatur, taking the Decatur, U.S. route 36 exit on the west side of the city. Follow U.S. 36 until it becomes Eldorado Street. You will see the track on your right, and turn right onto Oakland Avenue.

From the north on I-55 (Chicago area)

Take I-55 to Bloomington, merge onto I-74 east, then take the U.S. 51 exit. Follow 51 to Decatur and into town. Turn right onto Eldorado Street, and then turn left onto Oakland Avenue. The track will be on your right.
