Charlie Craig - Head Manager

The only head track coach Cal State Bakersfield has ever known, Charlie Craig is in his 32nd year with the Roadrunners, where during his tenure he has produced 195 NCAA All-Americans, 18 national champions and two Olympic qualifiers. An AAU All American in 1966, '67 and '68, Craig was an indoor and outdoor triple and long jump champion in 1967 and '68. He was also a finalist in both the 1964 and '68 Olympic Trials in that event. The 2002 NCAA Division II Coach of the Year, Craig was a U.S. Olympic staff member in1992 and 1996.
