2004 IAU 100 km World Cup

September 11, 2004
Winschoten, Netherlands

The scenic town of Winschoten in the northeast Netherlands will host the IAU 100 km World Cup for the fourth time since 1995. Ultrarunners from 30 countries will start the race at 1:00 p.m. on September 11 and will run the 10 km loop ten times. They will be running for over six hours and most will finish well after the sun has set. Team USA runners will get plenty of support as they pass two team aid tables on each loop. Team USA has enjoyed much success on this fast, flat course.
