Entry Information

You must be a 2003 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2003 membership, please complete a membership application first.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

You must also include a copy of your birth certificate or passport for proof of age (not a driver's license) and a copy of your 2003 USATF membership card.

Entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA), bank draft, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

Confirmation of Entry

You will receive a postcard from USATF when your entry is received and a confirmation from Puerto Rico on approximately May 31. Check your confirmation from Puerto Rico and make sure that all the information is correct. If there are any errors, e-mail spashkin@aol.com or call 212-666-8603.
