Entry Information

You must be a 2003 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2003 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also be a U.S. citizen and meet the eligibility requirements and qualifying standards.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

On-time entries with an incorrect entry fee enclosed will be charged an additional $5 surcharge. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

NOTE: No late entries will be processed. Entries postmarked after June 18 will not be opened and will be returned to sender. Requests for entry consideration after June 18, 2003 will not receive a response. Please enter on-time!

Additional Required Documents

Athletes entering by mail must attach a copy of their birth certificate and/or any other acceptable proof of age to the entry form. Athletes entering online must bring a copy of their birth certificate and signed athletes' waiver to packet pick-up to receive their competitor packet.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA).

Certified checks, bank drafts, or money orders are the only acceptable payment method for mailed entries (personal checks and cash are not accepted). Please make payment payable to USATF Niagara / Youth Athletics Championships".
