USATF membership is not required to enter the Community run.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

All entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.  No entries will be accepted after Friday, February 14, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. CT.

Paper entries may be paid for with cash or check only (make checks payable to "Houston Harriers"). Faxed entries will not be accepted. Day-of-race entries will not be accepted.
