Entry Information

You must be a 2003 USATF member to enter the Championships (both individually and as a member of a team).  If you do not have a 2003 membership number, please complete a membership application first (you will receive your membership number instantly).  You must also be a U.S. citizen (or in the masters races only, a resident alien) and meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

Athletes may enter a second event for $15.

All athletes competing as part of a team must pay the individual entry fee. All entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.  No entries will be accepted after Friday, February 14, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. CT. Late fees will only be applied if the entries are received after the deadline.

Online individual/unattached entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA). Online team entries and paper individual/unattached entries may be paid for with cash or check only (make checks payable to "Houston Harriers"). Faxed entries will not be accepted. Day-of-race entries will not be accepted.

Declarations

• The deadline for team declarations is Friday, February 14 at 6:00 p.m. CT.
• Teams are required to declare their scoring runners if they have entered more than six individuals (eight for masters). If no declaration is submitted and more than six athletes (eight for masters) are listed on the team entry form, then the first six athletes (eight for masters) listed will form that team's scoring squad.
• If a declaration needs to be changed for Sunday's races, it must be submitted, in writing, to the referee no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 15.
