Event Check-In

All athletes must report no later than 45 minutes prior to the published event time to the designated clerk area. Coaches and parents will be restricted from this area. Field staff will assist athletes with clothing/bag check for security purposes. Meet management is not responsible for lost or stolen property. There will be restrooms and plenty of shade in the athletes area. Trainers and medical staff will be available prior to and following competition. Water and electrolyte stations will be plentiful throughout the facility. The track MUST remain clear at all times during competition. Only athletes actually competing at that time will be allowed on the track or infield.

The competition WILL NOT BE DELAYED due to accidents, late wake-ups, traffic or any other unforeseen reasons. Please allow plenty of arrival time during peak traffic periods.
