Entry Information

You must be a 2003 or 2004 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2003/2004 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $30 per athlete.  Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete. On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Team Entries

All team entries must be completed using the Team Entry module. Athletes must be entered through the Team Entry module in order to score for a team.

If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry.

Individual Entries

Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry module.

If an athlete is entered as part of a team entry, then that athlete should not also submit an individual entry.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA; MasterCard and Discover also accepted).

Entry Process

• The preferred method of entry is online. Athletes needing an alternative method of entry may download and mail in a paper form (see above).
• A 2003 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).
• To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2003 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it).
• For entries close to the deadlines:  although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords after 12:00 noon ET on those days.

Declarations

Note that only eight athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration per event. The first eight athletes listed on your team's entry shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted no later than 6:00 p.m., December 6, 2003.
