Eligibility Requirements

• Competition is open to all men and women 30 years of age and older, including non-US citizens. See the USATF Rules for more information and exceptions.
• All athletes must be 2003 members of USATF in good standing. USATF memberships may be purchased online, through your local Association Office, or by calling the USATF National Headquarters at 317-261-0500.
• Individuals will compete in five-year age groups and relays in 10-year age groups.
