Entry Information

NOTE: The women's pole vault standard has been lowered to 3.95m (12-11.5).

You must be a 2003 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2003 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also be a U.S. citizen and meet the eligibility requirements and qualifying standards.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $10 per athlete (regardless of the number of events entered).  Late entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete.  All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF prefers VISA).

Other Required Documents

• Verification of Age (a copy of your passport or birth certificate)
• Proof of Performance (a copy of the meet results where you met the qualifying standard)

Athletes will not be considered to be entered into the meet until ALL required documents have been received. Athletes missing required documents will be listed as "pending" on the Status of Entries page of the USATF website until all such documents are received. Athletes still missing required documents at the end of the declarations period will automatically be scratched from the competition.

Entry Process

• The preferred method of entry is online.
• Athletes needing an alternative method of entry may call 317-261-0478 x351.
• A 2003 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).
• To enter the Championships, you will be required to provide your 2003 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it).
• For entries close to the deadlines:  although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords after 12:00 noon ET on those days.
• After completing your entry online, please fax a copy of the information page of your passport or birth certificate as well as a proof of performance to the USATF National Headquarters at 317-261-0481.
