Entry Information

You must be a 2002 USATF member to enter the Championships (both individually and as a member of a team).  If you do not have a 2002 membership number, please complete a membership application first.

The entry fee for the Championships is $25 per individual event, including individuals competing as part of a team ($15 for a second event--if you're competing in two races).  Late entries incur an additional $50 late fee for individual entries and $25 for teams.  All entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Entry Details

• The entry deadline for on-time entries is January 31, 2002 at 6:00 pm PT.  Late entries will be accepted until February 8, 2002 at 6:00 pm PT. 
• To enter the Championships, you will be required to have your 2002 USATF membership number.  If you do not yet have a 2002 USATF number, you'll need to complete a membership application first (you will receive your membership number instantly).
• By postal mail - All mailed entries must be received by 6:00 pm PT on January 31 (February 8 for late entries). Make checks payable to: "Winter XC Registrar." Mail the completed application and payment to:

• By fax - All faxed entries must be received at 503-688-0998 by 6:00 pm PT on January 31 (February 8 for late entries). Faxed entries must be paid for by credit card. USATF prefers VISA (MasterCard also accepted).
