Entry Information

You must be a 2001/2002 USATF member to compete in the Championships.  If you do not have a 2001/2002 membership number, please complete a membership application first.

The entry fee for the Championships is $20 per person (late entries incur an additional $10 late fee).

• Individual Entry Form (on-time deadline: Saturday, Nov. 24; late deadline: Friday, Nov. 30 at 7:00 pm CT)
• Team Entry Form (deadline: Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 5:00 pm CT)

Entry Instructions

• By postal mail - All mailed entries must be received by Saturday, November 24. Make checks payable to: "Events Mobile, Inc." Mail the completed application and entry fee to:

  Late entries will be accepted at the meet headquarters until Friday, November 30 at 7:00 pm CT.
• By fax - Faxed entries will NOT be accepted.

Declaration Instructions

• If more than eight (8) members are listed on a team's roster, the coach/manager must declare the teams scoring runners by Friday, November 30 at 7:00 pm CT. If no declaration is made, the first eight members listed will be considered the scoring runners.
