adidas/USATF "Pursuit of Excellence" Travel Assistance Grants

2001 Winners

We are pleased to announce the return of the adidas/USATF Pursuit of Excellence Travel Assistance Grants to aid in bringing athletes to any of USATFs three national youth or developmental championship meets this summer:

The response last year was overwhelming, with more than 200 USATF member clubs submitting applications for the 10 available grants.

This year, we will improve upon the initial concept and award twenty (20) travel grants to needy Associations/clubs to assist in bringing deserving athletes to these Championships. The twenty (20) grants will be in the amount of $1,000 each and will be awarded in the form of air tickets, car rental vouchers and pre-paid hotel stays. Our thanks to adidas and to USATF Travel Services for their continued support of this program.

Please complete the enclosed application and return it to our office no later than May 1, 2001. Note: you can also fax the completed application to USATF at 317.261.0481 or e-mail a version to Mark Springer at Mark.Springer@usatf.org.
