Career Highlights: 1998 USA 10,000 champion; 1999 World Outdoor team member; 1998 U.S. 5km and 10km road race champion; 1998 U.S. Cross Country champion; 1998 USA Indoors 3,000 champion; 6th in 3,000 and 5,000 at 1998 World Cup.

Browne didn't start focusing on running until his junior year of high schoolinjured off-and-on in his first two years of collegeran mainly the 1500 then, so when he started competing at 5000m with great success his junior year he opened some eyesgraduated from West Pointfluent in Spanish and Portuguesea participant in the Army's World Class Athlete Programother WCAP members he trains with include Mike Bernstein, Shawn Found, Brad Hudson, Jason Stewart and Sam Wilburhis official Army duty is to assist the ROTC program on Colorado's campusa devoted Christian, he works with Athletes in Action as well"I want to set American Records"says his biggest advantage in racing is, "My resolve.
