Following a fifth-place finish at USA Indoors
in 2003, Leeper, the dominant U.S. high jumper in 2001 and 2002, hopes to be
completely recovered from his ankle injury suffered during that outdoor season
and rebound strong after a tough 2004 campaign. A national junior college and
NCAA champion, Leeper has shown steady improvement after an outstanding
collegiate career at Dodge City Community College and Kansas State. After
winning the U.S. indoor and outdoor titles in 2001 and 2002, Leeper was
