Career Highlights: 4x100m Olympic bronze medalist; World Record Holder, 4x200m relay; 2000 U.S. Indoor 200m champion; 1998 4x100 NCAA Champion, seventh at 1999 USA Championships in 100; 12-time All-American at Texas.

Enjoyed a successful 2000 season, winning her first Olympic medal (bronze) in the 4x100m relay. Perry continues to improve individually, with strong finishes at several Outdoor Golden Spike Tour events. Perry is a consummate relay runner after four successful years at Texas, but she achieved individual glory in Sacramento when she placed third in the 200m at the Olympic Trials...dropped her 100 best dramatically in 1999...also a solid high school jumper, including 40-6.75 triple jump in 1994.

2001: 2nd at Tyson Invitational (23.53) best of 23.53i.
2000: 4x100m Olympic bronze medalist (3rd leg), 8th in Olympic 200m semifinal (23.16)... 3rd in 200 (22.39 PR) and 6th in 100 (11.18) at Olympic Trials... won USA Indoor 200 (22.65)... 2nd at adidas Oregon Track Classic (11.17)... 3rd at GMC Envoy Open 100 (11.18)... ran 3rd leg on 4x200m relay at USA vs. THE WORLD at the Penn Relays that broke WR in 1:27.46. With teammates LaTasha Colander-Richardson, LaTasha Jenkins and Marion Jones, shattered 1980 East German mark of 1:28.15... ranked #10 in world (#3 U.S.) in 200m and #8 in U.S. in 100m by T&FN... bests of 11.17 and 22.38.
1999: 7th at USA Championships...set PR in placing 4th at NCAA meet...won NCAA indoor 200 (23.10), 4th in 60... best of 11.15.
1998: Ran 2nd leg on Texas' NCAA champion 4x100... best of 11.44.
1997: 3rd in NCAA 200m, second in the 4x100...won NCAA Indoor 200 (23.09)... ranked #8 in the U.S. for 200 by T&FN... best of 11.29.
1996: Quarterfinalist at Olympic Trials...5th at U.S. Junior meet...anchored U.S. 4x100 to gold at World Junior meet...ranked #10 in the U.S. for 200...6th at World Juniors in 200, also a Trials semifinalist...best of 11.45.
