Biography

Roy has been a prolific ultra champion at numerous distances and time races.  He continues to excel in masters competition and has been the oldest member of the national 24hr team for 7 years as well as the only member to be on all 7 teams competing at the IAU 24Hr WCs.  He also is involved as an administrator at local, state, national and international levels.
