In their own words...

Running achievement I am most proud of:

Running achievements I'm most proud of: Finishing 5th at NCAA XC Nationals as a freshman for CU and winning the Pikes Peak Ascent after an injury plagued college career.

Why I run:

"people say you can't run away from your problems.. they've obviously never gone for a run!" I love this quote because I feel the same in that whatever might be going on in life, when I run, I don't think about much! As a result, I think I'm a better person when I get that "down time!" I also love pushing myself and training hard too, because when the result is doing something you couldn't before, there's no feeling like it!

Future Goals:

I would really love to represent the US and race internationally again as well as run a strong road half or 10k!
