In their own words...

Running achievement I am most proud of: 2005 World Masters Championship. I completely shifted my focus from trails to road, gave up racing, and trained like a maniac for an entire year. It paid off.

Why I run: Running gives me perspective on the rest of my life. It is my passion.

Future Goals: Compete in races around the world.
