Running achievements I'm most proud of: Breaking 2:50 for the marathon, qualifying for the 2000 Olympic Marathon Trials, and making the Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team.

Why I run: Freedom and because I simply love it.

Future Goals: To be able to train into old age and to never lose my passion for running.
