Running achievement I am most proud of: My involvement with the sport as an administrator.

Why I run: Always seems to make the day a better day.

Future Goals: Finish a 50K in Japan's Okutama Mountains in April 2005; run under 5:30 in the 2005 Pikes Peak Marathon; secure full funding for the Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team

Additional comments/thoughts: Cross training and stretching are invaluable tools to prevent injuries. Give back to the sport that has given to you and find ways to introduce others to the sport.
