In their own words...

Running achievement I am most proud of: Being a part of the 2005 USATF Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team (what a neat team of women I had the opportunity to be a team with!), and winning the bronze medal as a Team.

Why I run: Because, I love it! I feel good when I'm done, when I have accomplished goals, and just being in shape. I love the people, too. There's just something about being around runners - we love to work hard, and then have fun! I like to feel that sense of accomplishment.

Future Goals: Win the 2005 10K Trail National Championships and make the 2005 USATF Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team.

Favorite quote: "Run like the wind, Laura!" - My mom, when I was in high school (and still, whenever she watches my sister or I race).

Additional comments/thoughts: My favorite running has always been trails; it's so enjoyable just to be out there and enjoy nature, the trail, and all the gifts from above.
