Personal Philosophy

  • Running is not a punishment, but a lifestyle choice. I am thankful each and every day to be able to run. There are so many people that don't have the opportunity to run because of physical ailments, I think of all the positives I have and not dwell on the negatives. Every day I step out the door is a great day to run! I believe more people need to pick up good habits.
  • Work Hard, Play Harder.
  • Enjoy your running. No one can take that away from you.

Short Term Goal - To Run Tomorrow
Long Term Goal - To Run Tomorrow

Favorite Quote - "Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory or defeat." T. Roosevelt
