  • Two-time All-American at  in cross-country and track 10K, under the guidance of coach Pete Thomas
  • 10-time All-New England in my career at Keene State College, with a DIII title in the steeplechase in 2004

In their own words...

Running achievement I am most proud of: My two All-Americans at KSC, and making the Teva U.S. Mountain Running Team at 22 years of age. Running for the B.A.A.

Why I run: I love the competition, and the way the burn doesnt hurt. The burn feels good.

Future Goals: #1 in the mountain scene, and global dominance.

Favorite quote: You can hurt some, but you cant hurt the king of pain. Or, Thats how I roll.

Additional comments/thoughts: Everyday you dont run, I AM! Id also like to thank Pete Thomas for being the best coach in the universe.
