The circuit age for each participant will be their age on June 30th.

Deadline for USATF membership is June 30th.

ELIGIBILITY/RULES:

1. Runners must be members of USA Track and Field and Utah residents. A printoff will be provided by USA Track and Field to race directors to verify membership.

2. The age group that you are in on June 30th is the age group you are in for the circuit. USATF membership must be in effect by June 30th. Points accumulated in previous races will be retroactively added to your total.

3. Visit individual race websites for registration, award and prize money information.

THE POINT SYSTEM IS AS FOLLOWS: Runners will be awarded points in the overall race category, masters category, and age group categories based on the following points in those age categories

A. 5K-8K-10K races will score at 1 times points. Half marathons (including the 10 miler and 30K this year) will score at 1.25 times points and Marathons at 1.75 times points.

B. A runners best marathon will be scored at 1.75 points. The the runners next best two marathons or half marathons will be scored at 1.25 points for a maximum of two races scored at 1.25 points. Other marathons or half marathons will be scored at regular points.

C. A runner's eight best races (those giving the greatest number of points) will be scored.

D. Bonus Points: One bonus point will be given for the first seven races in which a runner participates. Two bonus points will be given for each subsequent race in which a runner participates.

E. In order to qualify for awards a runner must participate in at least 4 races.

F. All USATF-Utah rules regarding distances apply.
