• The host club provides the facility, concessions and volunteers from within their club
• ONLY MEETS LISTED ON THIS SCHEDULE ARE USATF SANCTIONED MEETS
• We need additional parent volunteers to work with our officials to run the meets
  • No one club has enough individuals to run a track meet
• Please complete and submit the volunteer form so we can provide quality meets for both athletes and parents

• We will be using Hy-Tek Meet Manager to manage the registrations and results for these meets
  
• Clubs are encouraged to use Hy-Tek Team Manager to submit their meet entries

SUBMITTING ENTRIES:	ENTRY DEADLINE - TUESDAY 5:00 PM FOR ALL MEETS
THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF MEET REGISTRATIONS ALL ATHLETES MUST BE PRE- REGISTERED

• Please note: the contact person listed on the schedule & the registration person may not be the same -
  • Make sure you send the entry to the correct person
• All meet entries must include the following -
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Club
• Events (list seed time for 100M-200M-400M) - include seed times for 200M; 400M & 800M
• Clubs using Team Manager 2.0 or Lite must use the club abbreviations provided on the list
• Any athletes submitting meet entries electroncaly (Team Mgr or email) must complete a waiver
• Waiver only needs to be submitted once and is good for all meets
• An entry list will be posted below
  • Coaches need to check the list to confirm all of their athletes are entered into the meet and the correct events
  • Email the meet host if there are any omissions or changes
• The Meet will be seeded on Thursday - no changes or additions once that happens
