Three Rivers Association Club Registration Documents
 
  • USATF now requires national criminal background checks for -
    • All coaches & volunteers working with athletes 18 & under
  • A Coach/Volunteer Regisration/Request for Background Check Form must be submitted for -
    • Any individual in your club that works directly with the young athletes
  • Failure to do so will jeapordize your practice liability insurance
 
  • The following documents must be submitted in order to consider a club registration complete
    • Club Registration Form & Fee
    • Club Practice Schedule
      • Required for youth clubs
      • Not necessary if your club does not hold organized practices
      • Include additional $15 if 3rd party certificate is required
    • Coach/Volunteer Registration/Request for Background Check Form
    • Online Background Check with TCI LogiQ
 
Club Registration Fee
$50/year
Late Registration (Renewals Only):
$50 Club Registration plus $100 Late Fee
For club renewals postmarked after April 15
New club registrations must be received by May 31
in order to compete as a team in the Three Rivers Association Championship June 21 & 22
