No other check is accepted by USATF.

Three Rivers Association issues "Approved Coach" badges
to all that complete and pass a background check.

Parents are encouraged to ask their club coaches if they have completed a check

Three Rivers Association Youth Meets

Three Rivers Association sponsors all of he local meets on our schedule ONLY MEETS LISTED ON SCHEDULE ARE USATF SANCTIONED MEETS The host club provides the facility, concessions and volunteers from within their club We need additional parent volunteers to work with our officials to run the meets No one club has enough individuals to run a track meet Please complete and submit the volunteer form so we can provide quality meets for both athletes and parents

MEET ENTRY GUIDELINES
Entry Deadline	12:00 Noon for ALL MEETS NO DAY OF MEET REGISTRATION or CHANGES
Entry Lists	Entry List will be posted Wednesday afternoon Coaches/Parents need to check list & submit any corrections/changes
Changes Deadline	12:00 Noon Friday - DEADLINE FOR CHANGES/CORRECTIONS
Seeding	Meet seeded Friday 2:00pm NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS ONCE MEET IS SEEDED
Athlete Requirements	All athletes must have a USATF Membership # and submit a signed Competition Waiver
Club Entries	ALL CLUBS must submit their entries via Team Manager
Unattached Entries	Unattached athletes may email or mail entries to the registration coordinator on the entry form; pay at meet If you are a coach with several unatttached athletes please submit entries via Team Manager like the clubs. It is easier for registration & awards.
Notes:	ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE DATE OF BIRTH SEED TIME WILL BE USED FOR 200M & 400M (& 800M in some age groups) beginning in June
