The USATF Youth Commitee voted to implement a drug testing program this year
at the Youth National & Junior Olympic Meets.
Testing will be done in the Intermediate & Young Men/Women age divisions.
Testing will not be restricted to medal winners. Athlete selection will be random by competitor number.
