The qualifier took place April 6 in Hauppauge, NY
The IAAF Race Walking World Cup will take place May 10 in Cheboksary, Russia

USATF DRUG TESTING at Youth Nationals & Junior Olympics
The USATF Youth Committee voted to begin drug testing this year
at the Youth National & Junior Olympic Meets.
The committee is being proactive by taking this step and setting up a testing program .
Testing will be done in the Intermediate & Young Men/Women age divisions.
Testing will NOT be restricted to medal winners.
Athlete selection for testing will be random by competitor number.

Coaches Background Screening

• All coaches and volunteers working with youth athletes are required to have a background check
• Three Rivers Association will now use TC LogiQ for background checks
• This is the only format of background check accepted
• Anyone with a completed background check for their job must still have one performed by TC LogiQ
