About Us
PVA Mission Statement
The purpose of the Potomac Valley
Association is to encourage, improve, and promote the sport of
amateur track & field in the state of Maryland, the District of
Columbia and the northern Virginia area.
By-Laws
Potomac Valley Association President George Harris has appointed Tim Baker as the PVA Law & Legislation Chair. He will begin by overseeing the By-Laws of the PVA. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to address them to George Harris.
