Former Half-Marathon World Record
Holder Mark Curp The Kansas City Smoke has announced that former half marathon world record holder Mark Curp has joined the Advisory Board of the Kansas City Smoke, a USATF Elite Development Club. Curp will contribute his knowledge and expertise as the Kansas City team seeks to increase its success in American distance running. "Mark will assist with coaching duties, as needed," said team director, Shawn Love. "We couldn't have asked for a better mentor for this club; his applied knowledge of the sport is invaluable."
