| Eligibility: | Competition is open to all youth athletes, USA Track & Field membership is required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field. | |
| Entry Fee: | Regulation meet: $3.00 per athlete. Pentathlon: $10.00 Decathlon & Heptathlon $15.00 | |
| Entry: | All entries will be done on-line at CoachO Calendar The on -line reqistration deadline is midnight, MST, Tuesday, May 15 | |
| No Mailed, Faxed, or E-mail entries will be accepted. | ||
| Event Limits: | Sub-Bantam, Bantam, and Midget - three events including relays. Youth through Young Men/Women - four events including relays. Note: Sub-Bantam athletes will not be allowed in the Triathlon, and must be 7 or 8 to be allowed to the following events -   400m, 800m, 1500m. | |
| Facilities: | Eight lane all weather track. | |
| Awards: | Ribbons will be awarded to the 1st thru 6th place finishers. | |
| Rules: | Current USA Track and Field rules will govern. Only competing athletes will be permitted on the track or infield area, except for medical emergencies. | |
| Protest: | All protests must be made in writing, to the referee, not later than 30 minutes after the results of an event have been announced. Proper rule reference must be cited. All protests must be accompanied by a $55.00 cash deposit. Deposit will be refuded if protest is upheld, forfeited if protest is denied. | |
| Check In Track: |
Two calls will be given for each event. Athletes in running events must report to the clerk of the course, ready to compete, and stay in the area. | |
| Conduct: | Coaches and parents are responsible for the conduct of their team members. Failure to maintain proper control and to display good sportsmanship, could result in the removal of the team or individual from further competition. No smoking or alcohol will be allowed on the field of competition or in the stands. |
