Eligibility: Competition is open to all athletes, USA Track & Field membership is
required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a
a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field.
Entry Fee: Youth $3.00 per event. Open through masters $6.00 per event.
Entries received after Feb 15th will only be accepted on a space available basis and a $1.00 extra per event late fee will be assessed.

Entry Forms: Please use a separate entry form for each age division, duplicate if necessary.
List athletes best 2005 or 2006 performance (competition or practice).
Entries received without marks will be seeded in the slower heats.

Event Limits: Sub-Bantam, Bantam, and Midget - three events including relays.
All others - four events including relays.
Note: Sub-Bantam athletes will be limited to the following events -
    60m, 200m, 4x400m , and Long Jump.
Facilities: Six lane (8 lane stright-away) 300m flat Mondo track.
Spikes 1/8" or less will be allowed, no needle spikes.
Timing: LYNX timing will be used, with hand timing backup.
Awards: Custom medals 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Ribbons will be awarded to the 4th thru 6th place finishers.
Rules: Current USA Track and Field rules will govern. Only competing athletes
will be permitted on the track or infield area, except for medical emergencies.
Running Events: All running events will be conducted as timed finals, except the 60m dash, which will
have trials and finals. All relay team members must wear a top and shorts of the same color.
Events will be run youngest to oldest, girls first, except the hurdles, which will be run
oldest to youngest, boys first.
Field Events: All competitors in the Long Jump and Shop Put will be given 3 attempts with the top six advancing to the finals for three more attempts. All throwing implements will be certified prior to use.
Protest: All protests must be made in writing, to the referee, not later than 30
minutes after the results of an event have been announced. Proper rule
reference must be cited. All protests must be accompanied by a $50.00
cash deposit. Deposit will be refuded if protest is upheld, forfeited if protest is denied.

Check In: Two calls will be given for each event. Athletes in running events must
report to the clerk of the course, ready to compete, and stay in the area.
Field event athletes must report directly to the official in charge of their
field event. Athletes must noftify the official in charge of their field event,
before leaving to report to the clerk for their running event. Athletes must
report back to their field event within 5 minutes of completion of their runing event.

Conduct: Coaches and parents are responsible for the conduct of their team members.
Failure to maintain proper control and to display good sportsmanship, could
result in the removal of the team or individual from further competition.

Meet Headquarters:(New Location) The meet headquarters will be the Fairfield Inn , 2005 S. Milton Road, Flagstaff. (928) 773 - 1300.
The rate is $49, quad with 2 queen beds. Continental breakfast included. Ask for the "Indoor Classic" rate.
This room block will be held until Feburary 1st and afterwords on a space available basis.
Packet pick-up will be from 5 P.M. until 9 P.M. Saturday.
Scratch's and adds (on a space available basis) will be accepted at that time.
