Start Times: The scheduled times are appoximate and are subject to change. Races may begin 15 minutes before or after the scheduled start. The 15-16 and 17-18 girls divisions may be combined.
Course: The course is a forest trail, and will be available all day Friday, November 21st, for praactice. There will be guided walks of the course at 3 P.M. Friday and 8 A.M. Saturday, race day. USA Track & Field membership is required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field.
Eligibility: This Championship is open to all Region 10 Association youth athletes who completed and finished in their associations JO Championship, and will not reach their 19th birthday on or before the day of the National JO XC Track Meet(12/13).
USA Track & Field membership is required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field.
Entry Fee: $15.00 per athlete.
Entry By: All youth entries must be done on-line at by selectng the meet date and location.
The meet deadline is November 18 at Midnight (MST).
Awards: Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the first 20 place finishers in each event
The top three teams in each age greep will receive a plaque, and the first place team (5 scoring athletes) in each division will receive individual trophies.
Rules: Current USA Track and Field youth athletic rules will govern.
Chip timing will be used.
Conduct: Coaches, team leaders, and parents are responsible fot the conduct of all their athletes. Failure to maintain proper control and to display good sportsmanship/could result in disqualification from the meet.

National Info: The National Junior Olympic Championships will be held December 13 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The top 30 finishers and the top five teams, in each division, boys and girls, at the Regional meet will qualify for the Nationals.
