Eligibility: Competition is open to all youth athletes, USA Track & Field membership is
required. To represent a club or organization, that group must be a
a current member in good standing, with USA Track & Field.
Entry Fee: $4.00 per event, $16.00 per relay team.
Entry fees ane not refundable.
Entry: All entries will be done on-line at CoachO Entries
All entries must be paid on-line by credit card.

The on -line reqistration deadline is Midnight Sunday April 7th. (MST)
Corrections may be made by noon April 11th, thru the Association Office.
After this time, there will be a $5 charge per event for changes or additions, including those done at packet pickup.
No Mailed, Faxed, E-mail, or day of meet entries will be accepted.
Entry Limits: 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12 - three events including relays.
All others - four events including relays.
Facilities: Nine lane all weather track. Runway and ligh jump area are all weather.
Shot Put and Discus are are concrete. Spikes 1/4 or less will be allowed.
Tents will Not be allowed in the West stands. Tents will be allowed only in the East stands and grassy areas.
Awards: Custom medals will be awarded to the first 3 place finishers in each event,
including relays. Ribbons will be awarded to the 4th thru 8th place finishers.
Team Awards: Team trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams,
male and female in the 8 & Under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14
divisions. Ties for team awards will be broken using rule 9/4.
Rules: Current USA Track and Field rules will govern. Only competing athletes
will be permitted on the track or infield area, except for medical emergencies.
Protest: All protests must be made in writing, to the referee, not later than 30
minutes after the results of an event have been announced and/or posted. Proper rule
reference must be cited. All protests must be accompanied by a $100.00
cash deposit. Deposit will be refuded if protest is upheld, forfeited if protest is denied.
Check In
Two calls will be given for each event. Athletes in running events must
report to the clerk of the course, ready to compete, and stay in the area.
Athletes must noftify the official in charge of their field event,
before leaving to report to the clerk for their running event. Athletes must
report back to their field event within 5 minutes of completion of their runing event.
Check In
Field event athletes will check in directly to the official in charge if their event.
All contestants will be given three trials in each field event, (except the
High Jump and Pole Vault). The athletes attaining the best nine marks will
advance to the finals, for three additional attempts. Each athlete will be given
a maximum of 3 warm up attempts prior to the start of the event.

Pick Up:
Pre-meet information will be available Friday April 12th from 3:00
P.M. until 9:00 the meet headquarters. This will include athlete numbers, performance list,
and number of heats.
Scratches will be accepted at that time. Additions, with late fees, will be accepted on a space available basis.
There will be no day of meet additions.

Coach's Information

The infield and track are closed at all times to coaches and spectators, except for emergency.

The North Long Jump Pit is #1, the Infield Pit is #2. Field events will advance 9 to finals.

Field events start at 8:00 A.M. Warm up is at 7:30 A.M. Late arrivals will not be given run throughs once the event has started.

Advancement to finals in the 100m and 200m will be the 9 fastest times. In the event semi's are not required, the final will be run Saturday and will not be rolled over to the next day.

The 800m run will be conducted with a waterfall start, maximum 18 athletes per heat.

The 4x400m relay will be conducted with a three turn stagger.

The 1500m will be run with a maximum of 18 per heat.

Inquiries must be made by the coaches, not parents, at the inquire area near the finish line, and the Referee will be called.

Please do not bother the timing crew. All questions will be answered in the tent. In the event a protest if filed, in regard to the Referee's decision, the Jury of Appeals will be convened.

Athletes who lose their bib number will be charged $1 for a replacement.

There will be a coach/parent 4x100m relay Sunday after the 4x100m relays, no entry fee, no awards. Sign up will be in the tent under the stands throughout the the day Saturday and Sunday.

Coaches ane responsible for the conduct of all their team members and parents. Failure to maintain proper control and to display good sportsmanship could result in the removal of the team or individual from the meet, and site.

Smoking is not allowed at the track and field complex, anywhere inside the perimiter fence. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the school property, and will me immediately reported to the police.
